This class helps prepare mom and her partner for the many aspects of childbirth and beyond. In addition\, this class provides a safe forum to ask questions and help you make informed decisions about key issues surrounding your baby’s birth. \nThis class will include topics such as: \n\nHealthy developments in your pregnancy\nStages of labor\nWarning signs\nBreathing and relaxation techniques\nComfort measures\nRole of the support person and labor support\nBirth planning\nHow to tell when you are in labor\nPain relief options during labor/medical procedures\nHow a birth doula can help\nCesarean birth\n\nOur certified instructors offer you support and guidance via education in a unique way that will meet your individual needs. \nWe believe that childbirth is a process\, not a method\, and we recognize that there is no one right way to give birth. \nPlease register using the expecting mother’s name and information.  \nWaiting List \nAs a courtesy to those waiting\, kindly let us know if you are unable to attend. DESCRIPTION:THIS TOUR MEETS ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE SIERRA TOWER\, LABOR AND DELIVERY \n1 Ticket per Person (please include children in your total count) \nJoin a childbirth educator for a guided tour of our state-of-the-art Labor and Delivery facilities\, including: \n\nBaby and Family Suites\nLabor Assessment Area\nLabor and Delivery Rooms\nThe William N.
