This class is available to all who want to learn the risks of smoking and the benefits of quitting. \nIn addition\, participants will learn about their triggers to smoking\, ways to cope while quitting\, and available products to assist with becoming tobacco-free. \nThis program begins on the 1st Wednesday of each month and will meet every Wednesday for four weeks from 4 to 5 p.m. \nInstructions on virtually connecting will be sent 1 day before the first class.

We are devoted to people with everyday experiences\, sharing their feelings in a safe environment\, and developing relationships that can contribute to improved physical and emotional health. We’ve found that our most successful clients attend support groups regularly. \nVideo-enabled attendance is available. Patients can access and join remotely from any video-enabled device (smartphone\, iPad\, laptop\, or webcam/desktop). Upon registering\, you will receive instructions on how to connect virtually. \nThere is no charge to attend this class.
